How to Pay?

(1) We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your orders
(2) Payment to be made to DBS Savings Account 066-3-024652
(3) kindly email us the following details of payment when the bank transaction is done:
* Your name
* Amount transferred
* Date and time of transfer
* Transaction reference number
(4) Upon receiving your payment, your order will be mailed out within 1 to 2 working weeks as these are all pre-order customized items

Postage and Handling Charges

(1) Singapore Post - Local Mail

The following rate applies:

* 1 item : $1.00
* 2 - 3 items : $1.50
* 4 - 5 items : $2.50
* 6 - 7 items : $3.50
* 8 items and above : $5.00

(2) Singapore Post - Registered Mail

There will be an additional $2.25 on top of the local postage. This is highly recommended as we are NOT liable for any loss or damage via local mail.

Terms and Conditions

(1) All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars

(2) No Payment = No Order. Please proceed to make payment once your order has been confirmed

(3) Strictly NO cancellation, exchange or refund of item after order is confirmed and payment has been made

(4) All these are pre-order customized items, hence waiting time is approximately 1 to 2 working weeks upon receipt of payment. If you would like to customize your own design, please allow more time for us to deliver the item

(5) Utmost effort will be made to ensure that all items are in correct and good condition before mailing out. Any quality discrepancy is unintentional. We are not liable for any lost mails or damages occurred during postage (Registered mail is highly recommended)

(6) Measurements may differ slightly from actual items

(7) Colours of items may differ slightly due to resolution or lighting of different computer displays or cameras

(8) The lil' Tots reserves its rights to review and amend its Terms and Conditions without prior notice
